Scottio Arnold co-owner of 3rd Rail Entertainment, LLC is a professional stuntman and actor who performed in network television shows and studio films such as Underground, Shots Fired, Between Brothers, The John Larroquette Show, The Salton Sea, Best Of The Best 4, T.N.T and for 4 seasons played the recurring role of 'Scotty' on the CBS Television show The District from 2000 to 2004.

Executive Producer/ Co-Creator of Hollywood Action Masters and Patrice On Purpose. Scottio is currently developing his action series The Disciples for online distribution. 

 

Now producing, writing, editing and directing. He has produced a feature length film under a SAG signatory agreement, 6 short films, a music video, commercial spots and a vlog show. Scottio has co-produced a short film thriller called,"TIC" that has won a bronze award and is doing very well on the film festival circuit.
